Hello, I ve trouble with pairing my phone - lenovo s850 with Code 25 via bluetooth. I tried it many times, but my phone just cant find amp (bluetooth is on). I also tried another phones and devices with bluetooth but neither it could not find amp. Could it be broken amp or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks.

Hi, I have 1.4.1 version (on store 20.12.2016), but I have still problem. - Slavomir Gajdos 08 Jan 2017 at 08:09 AM
If you follow the instructions below, does it connect for you?

close the app
delete it from your recently viewed app's
unpair with Bluetooth
turn the amp off

turn the amp back on
click on 'Rev and Power' on the amp and a blue light should start flashing
go back into your Bluetooth settings and pair with the amp
go into the app
on the left hand side of the app there should be a red tab that says connect
click on connect

Hello, any news? - Slavomir Gajdos 05 Apr 2017 at 08:19 PM
Hi Slavomir,

If your amp is still under warranty, it might be worth contacting the dealer to look into this for you, as it could be a Bluetooth issue or I would advise to check you phone set up.

Kind Regards

I tried iPhone and old Samsung with android 4.x. There wasn't the problem. This seems like application problem with the newest android, especially with Samsung S7.
When is release date the next version?

Hi,

Thank you for your Message.

At this time not all models of phones are supported with our Gateway app.

Our team are working on this, in hope we can support all phones.
