Hello, i have a lot of problems for connecting with the CODE 25 via a Samsung smartphone, a while ago it worked fine. But the last couple of days the bluetooth is killing me.

So i already tried what i read on this forum,

Re install Gateway, delete the Code 25 from the bluetooth and try again.  When i put bleutooth on , i see the device on my smartphone, but it don't want to connect and on the screen of the CODE it says Bleutooth : VO............

It always say: Error, can not communicate with CODE VO.............

Can somebody help my please?

Hello Joris,

Could you follow the steps below to see if it connects OK for you?

close the app
delete it from your recently viewed app's
unpair with Bluetooth
turn the amp off

turn the amp back on
click on 'Rev and Power' on the amp and a blue light should start flashing
go back into your Bluetooth settings and pair with the amp
go into the app
on the left hand side of the app there should be a red tab that says connect
click on connect

Hi Joris,

Thank you for your message, sorry you seem to be having issues with the Bluetooth.

Could I ask you try the following

On your phone go to Bluetooth settings and forget the Code as a connection.

Also try updating your Code unit, you can do this using the this link https://my.marshall.com/Downloads/FirmwareUpdate

Also can you let me which Model and Android version you have.

Regards

Team Marshall

What is this? Team Marshall, is this the way to deal with customers having issues?

This is unfair, we paid for the amps, an then something does not work.

What about giving some informations about the bluetooth standard the code amp uses.
This might help...
