from clean sound to overdrive with the same position of the gain and volume, there is a huge difference in loudness. The overdrive when pressed is twice the sound level as the clean.
Is this correct as it is or what can be the cause of this?

Regarding your question, the overdrive channel will always be louder as it is designed to distorte and overdrive the guitar signal.
