Hello Terry,

Can you follow the instructions below to see if it connects OK for you?

close the app
delete it from your recently viewed app's
unpair with Bluetooth
turn the amp off

turn the amp back on
click on 'Rev and Power' on the amp and a blue light should start flashing
go back into your Bluetooth settings and pair with the amp
go into the app
on the left hand side of the app there should be a red tab that says connect
click on connect

If you have activated Bluetooth on the iphone before you switch the code back on, then the amplifier should automatically connect to the iphone. You can not press the Bluetooth again on the amp. Otherwise there is a problem, So once manually couple and then it should go automatically. With me it was so so .... - Maik Satow 28 Feb 2017 at 02:07 PM

Hi, it might be your phone and not the amp. I had a problem too! Turn amp off and then back on and follow this video (imore.com/how-to-fix-bluetooth-iphone-ipad), then push reverb and power at the same time on amp till blue light flashes and see what happens. Mine works now.

Good luck!
