Hi Nathan,

For sure, that is not the OS. I am running getaway on my Sam J7 with 6.0.1 without any problem.

Did Nathan's issue get resolved? I have exactly the same problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S running Android 6.0.1. I've downloaded the Gateway app and I can see some aspects but not enough to make it usable.

I also have Samsung S6 mobile running Android 6.0.1 and the Gateway app works fine on this.

Hi Ian,
When you open the Gateway app is your device in portrait or landscape?
Our tech team discovered when opening the app in landscape it causes this error to occur. They are currently working on a fix for this.
