How do i know which version of the firmware is on my amp. I bought it new from sweetwater 4/11/17. Also, i have noticed a slight hiss in the background when a chord is played. Would the firmware update fix that?

Thank you for your message, if you connect the Code to a PC or Mac and open the update in the browser, it will tell you what version you have and if you need to update,
