I have a silver jublie reissue and when i plug in the footswitch the red light stays on on the amp. even when the knob is pushed in and pulled out, the led light on the footswitch turns on and off but wont do any switching. any idea what the problem could be?
Sounds like you could have a faulty cable/jack socket. I've had this problem with Marshall footswitches before. When the cable gets kinked/damaged it tends to make a semi-connection. Sometimes manipulating the cable is a quick and dirty check to see if this is the case.

We recommend that you have the unit checked over if it is still under warranty then you will need to take it back to the dealer you purchased it from.
