Hi,

Thank you for your message .

Can you follow the instructions below to see if it connects OK for you?

close the app
delete it from your recently viewed app's
unpair with Bluetooth
turn the amp off

turn the amp back on
click on 'Rev and Power' on the amp and a blue light should start flashing
go back into your Bluetooth settings and pair with the amp
go into the app
on the left hand side of the app there should be a red tab that says connect
click on connect

Regards

This works whenever my iPhone 6 does not connect. However, I have to do this every 3 sessions or so.
My iPhone 5 was connected yesterday and disconnected bluetooth WHILE I WAS PLAYING. I could not get it to reconnect.
I've got 40 more days on my return guarantee and if this keeps happening I might just have to utilize it. I like the idea of the many presets, but I'll go back to 2 channels, with two modes each if necessary.
