Where is the driver for CODE Amplifiers

It seemed to have installed CODE Audio interface, because I can see it is my Devices & Printers (Windows 8.1) as a composite device with a 2013 Microsoft driver installed. But it does not show up in my DAW at all.

Where is the driver and than in particular the ASIO driver for this????

It is connected, because when I use the WSAPI (Windows Shared API) is can see the SPEAKERS from code and play audio through there (horrible quality though). But not the input. Without that, this device has not much value for me.

Thanks for your help,

James

I would also like an ASIO driver. Competing amps support ASIO which is an low latency audio streaming interface for PC. Some DAWS require it and with ASIO you can use VST effects plugins to add realtime modeled pedal effects to the CODES chain or even run seperate modelers altogether in realtime with no delay between you picking the strings and hearing the result.

So a very powerful feature for both recording and realtime effects.

Amps that have ASIO drivers include.

Fender Mustang
Boss Katana
Line 6 Spider V
Yamaha THR Series
VOX VT series

Those are just a few of the most popular Modeling amps that currently have ASIO drivers.

True 100% , without ASIO (quality) is direct USB recordings really not usable functionality.

OK, Here's the solution.  Download and install the ASIO4ALL driver, latest version.  In your DAW, select that driver as the audio interface.  There will be a basic Device Control Panel.  Open that and select "Code."  Make sure to click on the image to the left of the word, not just the word "Code."  Now you should be receiving an input signal in your DAW.

This information would have been nice to know a while back.  I had to search too hard to find it.  It works with Studio One and Waves Tracks Live for sure.  I haven't tried Reaper yet.

I see that it's been months since this issue is submitted, but no reply. I have posted exact same problem, so has it already been solved?

Is there anybody can manage to use CODE as an input device on Cubase?

Also more specific question: If you had been able to record on Cubase, is it also possible to record DI from your guitar?

Thank you.
