CODE25-E going silent during playing suddenly and also during the start

Hi Marshall,

I purchased this CODE25-E last year 23/SEP/16, but now since this week, the amp is malfunctioning. CODE25-E going silent during playing suddenly and also during the start it's very random. Since the output is same as before so there must be the issue in the electronic circuit.

Please help me to get this replaced ASAP.

Yes, updating to latest firmware v1.41 also does not resovle the issue.

I had a similar problem, and the lcd display would go faint, but mine was fixed with the firmware update. Did you try a factory reset? - 18 Jan 2019 at 03:06 PM

Yes many times I have already factory reset but nothing has resolved the issues. You are right lcd will get faint upon update.
What I found out is the sound would be available on the headphone outlet but it gets cuts from the main on-board speaker.

Have you updated the CODE with the latest firmware? What version are you currently running?

The amp will only work for 5 mins usually and then it will go silent - 19 Jan 2019 at 01:54 PM

Is it possible to return the amp but this is way past warranty.
