Code 25 USB issue

I have a Code 25 and a windows 10 computer and I have tried everything and I can not get the amp to connect to my computer via USB. Does anyone know why? If anyone knows why please help!!!

I don't know why you have some issues, but I have no problems with usb on my PC with windows 10 - 25 Sep 2017 at 10:00 AM

Try using Chrome. You need a MIDI capable browser to dowload directly from your computer to the CODE amp. Edge Browser, for instance, will not work forcing you to download My Marshall presets through bluetooth and the app, which still works fine.

Hey! I was facing the same problem. Finally I tried with another Laptop with Windows 7 and Opera as the browser. It worked!
