Does anyone know if these are still supported by Marshall and if they are discontinued as I've seen on a retailer site here in the UK? I was looking at buying one but may wait for a replacement model.

What are you looking for in "still supported by Marshall"?. There seems to be lots of places still selling Code products so they will have to support them.
Bear in mind you will get a 3 year warranty with a new Code (at least in the UK you do if you register), and they will help with any issues. However don't expect firmware updates every week (but other companies are the same), and besides even if they did discontinue the 100 head all the Code amps share the same firmware so any new fixes or updates on the 25, 50 or 100 combo will also be fixed on the 100 head
