Why are my 2 code amps still different after doing the update and reset? The newer 100 has different presets than my 50. Even afer the update. Are these amps different and will have different presets?

This is just the same question I asked before. I couldnt bump it up som that Marshall would see it and respond.

Hi Nate,

Thank you for your message, I have just ran some tests on a 25, 50 and the 100, all with the new firmware and reset, all 3 have the same presets, can you please let us know which presets are different.

Kind Regards

I've done the update 3 times with the reset.  All 3 times it said update successfull. Still Preset #9 on the 100 is called Classic Metal and on the 50 its called American 60's. this makes me wonder if the update happened?

Hi Nate,

Thank you for the quick reply we are getting Classic Metal on all 3 of our units after the update and reset, could you press PRE FX, MOD and REV then turn the amp on, you will get a list of numbers, check the one with M at the start that is your Firmware.
