Acton II software update freezes and after reaching 65% goes back to 0%

I've tried to do this firmware update which is requested on my ACTON II. The problem is when loading firmware into the device, it is a slow process, even after starting over 5 times I cannot finish this update. Error says "We've found an error updating firmware, try again" It's frustrating. Any help will be very appreciated.

Hi Dario, do you have a Acton Multiroom (wifi) speaker? Or the bluetooth version?

How did you find out there is a firmware update?

Did marshall fix your problem already?
