Acton 2 with no sound on Windows 10

Dear All,

I have recently received the Marshall Acton 2 speaker which has a very good sound and design!

However it works only on my IOS phone, under Windows 10, I can pair the device but get's a message of battery low and cannot choose it as speaker.

Any tip or help?

I reset the bluetooth already a few times

On windows 10 in control panel select devices and printer.

Right click on Action II select properties.

Select Hardware

Tick Audio Voice

Click apply.

Select Bluetooth as the input. Pushing the SOURCE button toggles the input sources.
Push and hold the SOURCE button for 2 seconds. ...
Enable Bluetooth on your device (Smartphone, Tablet, Computer)
Select ACTON II from the Bluetooth list and accept pairing.
