(CODE50) Does anyone else have to turn their amp off and on again after saving a preset?

Most times on my Code 50 when I save a preset I have to switch my amp off and then back on again because the sound stops coming out of it. I can't even scroll it through different presets at all. It's pretty annoying to deal with

I have the same issue!! My firmware is current - still same issue. Most time, after storing an edited preset, I lose the sound and all the buttons stop working. Nothing seems to fix the issue but a hard switch off/ switch on. - Subbu Ramanathan 16 Sep 2021 at 02:16 PM

No, I dont have this issue.

I would try resetting the amp and if that doesnt work I would contact Marshall support as there is clearly a problem with it.

Yes, I have the same problem. It happens about every second time. Don't want to try a reset and risk loosing all my own presets.

This happens allot. Program the code 50 marshall pedal and allot of the 100 presets are now acoustic. Have to reset again.
