Code 50 freezing on preset save

HI,

   I recieved a Code 50 from the company that I work for(CAnon) as a reward for 30 years of service.  I have the usual problem where it freezes/hangs after a preset save.  How would I go about getting it repaired if I do no have a purchase receipt?

I might have spoken too soon. My replacement cuts out sound after playing for awhile. I contacted Marshall and they sent me an RMA to send it back for another replacement. Hopefully amp 3 will be the charm.
