Hi Steven,

Thank you for your comments, it could be to do with your cable it needs to be a USB mini (Midi) if you do have this, you may need to check your driver settings for updates or midi updates on your browser.

Thank you for reply but I have two Acton 2's - and both get this message. I need a cable for what? it's via Bluetooth? driver settings for what exactly? surely when the App connects it updates? fantastic speakers but the App is pretty dire to be honest. thanks. - steven chernikeeff 16 Sep 2021 at 07:51 AM
