Dsl 20cr

Hi,

New to the forum, and new to valve amps. I have just bought a Dsl20cr, and I've spent the last 40 mins on standby mode to allow the valves to warm up.

Unfortunately, I'm still not getting any sound out of the amp.

Any suggestions would be greatfully received.

We would suggest having the amp looked at, please contact the dealer as the amp is under warranty, anything you may try may void the warranty.

Two questions:

1. Did you switch Output button from Stand By to High or Low position?

2. Is the speaker properly connected to the amp output?

At last I've been able to get back onto the forum!!

Thanks for answers to my question. I made a mistake in putting pedals into the send and return of the fx loop. Once I'd removed them, the sound came out. As I said in the original question, I'm new to valve amps, and fx loops ( obviously!!).

Really impressed with the amp, and boy it's LOUD!!
