App not working

I have downloaded app and it keeps saying not available ( the 3dx questions) I have deleted and nothing is working

Thank you for you comments, you need to make sure the app is fully shut down, turn off the device, switch back on and it will work.

I have done that 4x and still will not connect now is a small red block is states”context3D not available, I just upgraded my iPhone to 13 and it does not work, the app is so old how about keeping up with the times, I love this amp but if it’s not supported it goes up for sale - 15 Jan 2022 at 05:05 PM
