Good morning, just bought a code 25 after having updated the firmware to version 1.46 the amplifier sounds very low and distorted with a lot of background noise.... i asked the dealer the substitution but even with the new one same thing happened, already tried reset and to overwrite the firmware tried changing the usb micro b cable, and tried on two computers....

what should i do?

thank you in advance.

Im looking forward to hearing the fix just incase it happens to me. I just got my code 25 and am too scared to update. The interesting thing is that the firm ware that came from the dealer is 1.46 when I turn on the amp it shows the firmware and another number BT 3.2. Please let us know what you find out. - Joseph Gonzalez 13 Jul 2022 at 12:32 PM

Hi Joseph, nobody told me anything yet. - Antonio Como 17 Jul 2022 at 03:02 PM
Its been a long time, hopefully they will find a fix soon. Can’t wait to see how they fix it, maybe a firmware update. Good luck, looking forward to reading that you got a positive outcome. - Joseph Gonzalez 17 Jul 2022 at 03:43 PM
Update:

talking with the dealer seems like it was a faulty stock, I'll receive a new one hoping that it'll work fine.

Hi Antonio, you should check the firmware on the amp before you update again. When you start the amp, look at the led display, it will show the version at start up. If its 1.46, its the latest and won’t need updating. A friend in Australia had the same problem so I think its a firmware/ software clash. They replaced his too. Good luck. Let us know how it goes and what firmware it comes with. - Joseph Gonzalez 26 Jul 2022 at 10:19 AM
after the new released dsp update the amplifier is working. - Antonio Como 27 Jul 2022 at 04:09 PM
Sorry I don’t understand, did they release a new firmware this week? - Joseph Gonzalez 28 Jul 2022 at 01:01 AM
if you perform an update it'll show dsp version 1.2 instead of 1.1 - Antonio Como 29 Jul 2022 at 02:33 PM
I thought you already tried to update the firmware and it caused the amp to have that problem. Is there another update process Im missing? - Joseph Gonzalez 29 Jul 2022 at 02:42 PM
No it's not about the process, it's a new update. - Antonio Como 29 Jul 2022 at 02:43 PM
Well that makes sense now! They must of updated part of the firmware in the last few days due to your inquiry and probably other amps having the same error. - Joseph Gonzalez 29 Jul 2022 at 02:48 PM

Had same problem with a Code 50 I bought brand new off the floor at Guitar Center. Took it back and they had a new one in the box sent to me...no problems!
