Gateway not fetching presets from my.gateway com

Changes I make (and save) on the my.marshall.com "My Gateway" area are not reflected in Gateway app. 

Changes I make in the app do get reflected on my.marshall com.

What is going on?

Hi,

We've been making some changes to the website functionality recently, and some of these may have inadvertently had an impact on the Preset processing.

The site has had some fixes applied today, so could you please try making some changes on the MyGateway page again, and check if they are synchronising with your Gateway app?

Please bear in mind that Gateway does a sync operation in the background periodically, so it may not appear on your phone immediately, but you can select 'Menu > MyMarshall' on the menu and select the 'Sync Now' option if you want to sync changes immediately.
