Hi,

I was wondering if i can use a A/B footswitch to switch between 2 seperate cabs while the amp is on, as the amp has a internal load?

My Code25 stopped working

Hey, about a month ago, the preset readout faded to being almost unreadable. Then today, it stopped working completely. I can't use it for my guitar or as a Bluetooth player. Not sure what to do next?

Richard was a half hour late getting into the office because of the heavy traffic. As his assistant looked up, she handed him a pile of messages.

"Thanks," said Richard smiling to her as he headed straight for his desk.

Richard thumbed through his messages and decided the others could wait. As Richard dialed Villarreal's number his assistant sat his coffee down on the desk.

"Thank you, Ms. Ames," said Richard as he covered the mouthpiece with his other hand. "Could you please close the door and hold my calls until I am done."

"Yes," said Villarreal curtly as he answered the phone.

"This is Richard returning you call. I apologize I wasn't here earlier. I was caught in traffic," said Richard.

"That's OK, I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I am going to be unavailable for the next couple of days. I have business to attend to, but that shouldn't be a problem. Your package is at its destination and the cameras you requested are in place. I'm emailing you the telephone number for the man who will be your contact at the ranch, and I am copying him on the email as well. He has been instructed to assist you in any way he can," said Villarreal. "Do you understand? Do you have any questions?"

"No, that sounds fine. I appreciate your personal help thus far," said Richard, "and I certainly wouldn't want to impose on you personally any further. I'll give the gentleman a call in just a little while and go over what we need to accomplish today. I'm waiting on a couple of Fedex packages to arrive before I give him a call. And thank you again."

"Very well then," said Villarreal. "I'll be in touch in a few days."

As Villarreal hung up, Richard could see Villarreal's email popup in his inbox. Richard clicked on it and the phone number and Xavier's email address were there. Also contained in the email were the IP addresses and passwords for the two webcams he had requested.

CODE25 POWER AMP Audio

Distorted/crackling sound after Acton Multiroom have been plugged in for more than 24 hours

We have two Marshall Acton Multiroom that have the exact same issue. Whenever they have been plugged in the power for more than 24 hours the sound becomes distorted/crackles and it gets increasingly worse the longer the speaker is powered on.

The only solution we have found is to pull the power plug for a minute before plugging it back in. Then the speaker will play fine for another 24 hours before it starts to crackle again. However, this solution is very inconvenient.

We have reached out to the Marshall support but they are not much of a help.

Has anyone else found a solution to this issue?

Preset transfer iPhone to Code 50

I have successfully saved presets to my iPhone and can play them using the bluetooth pairing.

What is the best way to permanently transfer or sync them from the iPhone to my Code 50 amp?

Mini Jack Sockets on Code 50

Hi

I have recently purchased a Code 50 Combo Amp and am really glad I did as I am not gigging and to be honest the Code 25 would have been ample, the master volume is almost off and in my living room if I were to turn it up to a quarter I would lose my windows and my neighbours! Anyway my question is about the two mini jack sockets on the amp one for headphones one for mp3 player. Are they both stereo and can I use a phone or laptop as the mp3 input. I think I recently read an article that said they are dual mono. The reason I ask is I have headphones but no lead to connect a phone or my laptop so I would be grateful if you could tell me what to order on ebay. My email is daistar@hotmail.co.uk

Marshall Gateway App - login

The App will not accept my login details for syncing. It's the same details I used to login in here on the pc. What can I do to fix it? I already did a password change to see if that worked and yes, I have turned it off and on again. Any suggestions ? I am using my email as my user name, dont know if that is an issue but it is the only user name I have as far as I am aware.

CODE25 Freezing and Mobile App Crashing

My CODE25 was repaired by Marshall in September after the amp itself kept crashing and the sound was cutting out. It has now been returned in an even worse condition.

On switching it on, the message 'Hold 'Store' to reset' appears on the screen. I press store and nothing happens. I am unable to access the amp presets.

After 10 minutes the mobile app then also freezes. I have contacted my Marshall dealer who sold me the amp and they have asked me to contact you for a resolution before I can send it back to them.

FYI: I have uninstalled and re-installed the mobile app without any resolution of the problem. The amp is is of no use and even a factory reset and firmware update has not solved the problem. I am gradually losing my faith in Marshall CODE products.

Do you have any solutions?

Marshall Origin 20H with JTM60 (3x10) cabinet - Repair for my JTM60

Hello,

can I use my JTM60 speaker with a Marshall Origin 20H Head?

Also, my JTM60 has suffered some damage when my nephew tried to power on the amplifier, she cranked everything up but didn't succed, when I got home I didn't noticed it was all cranked up and powered it, it blew tubes and some more, I had it repaired but it didn't get back to the same sound as before... I'd like to have it checked by qualified personnel, can you indicate someone in Italy, please?

Stanmore Speaker Cutting in and Out while Wired

I have the original Marshall Stanmore. It's wired direcly to both a turn table and a CD Player. The sound recently began cutting out intermittenly. I hear a bit of static, the audio cuts out, and then a few seconds later, the sound comes back. I've been using the same setup for about a year with no issues.

Any ideas?

I need a new Circuit board

I need a new circuit board for my Marshall 20/40 combo amp. I turn the amp on and it will play for a little while and then all sound ceases until I turn it back on. I've change out tubes to no avail and I broke out my old amp mod equipment and tested circuits. That's the only piece I am unfamiliar with so I'm thinking that's the issue. My vendor tells me they can't order it because the amp is discontinued. Where can I order one so I can fix my amp?

Gateway wont play CD ripped music over bluetooth

I have all my Rammstein Albums ripped straight from the cds and I cant play them back? the app keeps telling me it is crashing as soon as I hit the ok for the amp to play it back. this is my second code 100h that actually ahs working bluetooth. thankfully I was given a replacement but I now suffer from this condition. I cannot play my own owned music and mp3 files from Fl studio to my amp. I buy a 100 watt head and cant annoy my neighbors???

Noise issue Code 25, but not via headphone connection

There a many questions on this forum about the irritating noise with Code 25 and Code 50. However, it happens via the speaker only, not via the headphone connection. The presets sounds very nice in that situation. Can you explain?

Because of the noise issue I just use the Natural sound and add FX pedal effects. No noise at all. But that is not the way I want to use the Code 25. I want to use the presets.

recording problem

I'm having a problem when I recording my guitar.

My recording guitar setup is:

Gibson Les Paul Studio -> Bugera 333xl Infinium Head Amp (with instrument cable)

Bugera 333xl Infinium loudpeaker output -> Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G (with speaker cable)

Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G Direct Link -> Marshall 4x12 MX412B (with speaker cable)

Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G Output -> Presonus Studio Live AR16 USB Mixer (XLR cable)

I'm using Logic Pro X Software.

I record a guitar riff in Logic Pro x as audio track (audio_1) and then i want to record a second guitar like a fill guitar or lead guitar (audio_2).

To record audio2 i turn on audio1 to listen the guitar riff.

When i’m gonna listen the audio2 in solo mode besides the lead guitar I can listen the sound of my audio1 with very low volume but i can listen it to
