I own a code 100h with the footswitch and I love this rig. I play through a 4x12 Celestion cab with gold standard vintage g12-75’s. It took a little bit of time to really become comfortable with the app and head interface, but it’s like riding a bike now. Thank you for this technology, Marshall, please don’t stop supporting us Kvlt CODE players!

Can I make a suggestion that you could profit from and would add to our Marshall experience and branding? Why not create virtual pedals and accessories that can be purchased and downloaded onto our CODE rigs?  

For example why not be able to purchase  “extra slots” and effects so we can run a wah and distortion pedal or run 2 delay pedals at once? I’m sure there are other itches that players could scratch this way? Maybe even add outside name brand pedals? You know, like that fluorescent green scream thing?  

Like I said, I love this rig, and it’s portability. If could ditch the separate wah and boost pedal I carry as part of my signal, I’d happily give you my money!

Hi, I'd installed the Marshall Gateway app at my iPod Touch 4G 32GB with iOS 6.1.6. and the app everytime closed a few seconds after starting. Whats the matter? ... No problems with bluetooth connection to my Marshall Code 25 for music listening. Please help me! - Thanks.

When I try to save a preset to the amp, there is no problem. When I try to save a preset to my library I get the message: Patch cannot be saved; sync with Marshall server in progress.  My gateway has both a Bluetooth and an internet connection. Logged into my.marshall but nothing happening. Sync button is disabled. I feel like I'm missing something in my understanding of this aspect of the Code/Gateway system. Is there a user manual for the Gateway app?

I recently acquired a Code25 amp along with its footswitch (excellent for practising, great for gigs). 

One interesting feature is the Gateway app, however it doesn't seem to function with Android 9... making it useless. 

My device (latest version of Android 9) successfully finds the amp and pair with it, but the app doesn't display any connected Amp... even if the phone is literally ON the Amp. Nothing seems to correct this: tried resinstalling, repairing, etc. 

Is there anything to do here? Any fix?

I know I can override any CODE amp preset with CODE USB connections from the website or by changing on my phone while connected and saving either on the phone and/ or amp.  But How do direct amp changes work with Gateway while disconnected and then synced later on?

 In other words, if I save modifications on my amp to a particular preset and I am not connected to my gateway on my phone, when I do connect and sync later, which setting wins?  Does the phone setting override the amp-stored setting (ie. back out the mods made on the amp / push the settings to the amp from the phone) or does the phone pick up the modified amp setting from the amp and store it in Gateway (ie, pull the settings from the amp and store in my phone)?  

Also, I have the first 30 presets set up for ones I use to perform and are addressable using code programmable foot controller.   If I want to archive/backup those presets someplace to guard against an unplanned need to do a factory reset, does it make sense to store them perhaps in the cooresponding setting in my Library ( the blue section of My Gateway )  That way i can bring them into the amps and store them one at a time from the library back into the presets on the amp, or is there a better way to backup/restore presets in the event of a factory reset?

1) Bought Code new, when released, USB port was loose and wont connect. Cant do Firmware or recording via USB. How to get service?

got at Guitar Center San Mateo Ca. When first released, hadn't ever really used USB, but realizzed it is messed up, like port is disconnected or broken. USB is wiggles and no connection. 

2) Cant get Gateway to Recognize tye Amp while BT stream audio okay. tried all steps from this site cleared phone and cache, removed and reinstalled, no diifference. Multiple versions of Android. 5 to 8.

I upload android version from ver.8 to Ver.9.   Gateway App worked on Android8. But it doesn't work on Android9.

Gateway app working well except for playback. It crashes every time I tap to load a track. I have a purchased song (from iTunes) ready to go. Am I missing something?  Apple iPhone 8+ and Code 50 

I can pair my code to my phone and connect but the Gateway app won't communicate to the code. What do I try next.

I am experiencing terrible interference when trying to use my Code 50  via Bluetooth / Gateway (Apple) App while recording on my Mac in Logic Pro X.  I am using a microphone to record the Code 50 and using the Bluetooth Movies series world to change patches.  The clicks/pops/noise/interference is loud enough to interfere with the recording process.  Perhaps a DESKTOP (Apple) Gateway App via Code USB might be a solution for all users experiencing similar issues?   I am running the most current Firmware.  Any current solution to my noise issues?

I was wondering if you could help me with a problem that I am having between my Code 25 amplifier and the Gateway app. I am able to pair my android device and the amp via Bluetooth just fine but once I am in the Gateway app it doesn't detect my amp at all, even when I press "scan for amp" it just says no amp detected. 

I think I should add that I have been able to connect it to my apple device without any problem at all.

I've had my Code amp for a couple of weeks and managed to connect it to my iPhone which is running the latest ios 10.2.1.  I also got it to connect to a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab A running Android 6.0.1.  The connection didn't always work and sometimes dropped out.  I've updated the Amp to the latest firmware to hopefully cure the connection issues and now my phone and tablet just can't detect the amp at all.  I've tried turning on and off, resetting everything, forgetting the device etc. etc. but it's like the amp just doesn't have Bluetooth.  As no device can see the amp then Gateway just isn't possible to use as it also can't detect a phone or tablet. My devices can see each other but it's like the Amp just doesn't have Bluetooth.  I've also tried searching for it with an Ipad but this also couldn't see the Amp ?  It looks like the Bluetooth has died on the Amp but thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas of anything to try or otherwise I'll have to take it back to the dealer and either try another one or replace it with a Fender Mustang.  It's a good amp but seems to have to many glitches at the moment looking at the forums.  I'll give it one more go though if anyone has any suggestions to try.  Any ideas anyone ? I got my new Marshall code 25 but had to recognize that i am not able to connect with the gateway app. I am connected with the amp, but i do not see the connection sign on the left on the app.   It is also not requested to enter a code or number while connecting with the amp. The key is also always different when i am trying to connect again with the bluetooth. I am kind of desperately because I was really excited about my new amp :(

What can I do to connect with the app? I tried everything that was already suggested in the other comments. Please help me :/

I have all my Rammstein Albums ripped straight from the cds and I cant play them back? the app keeps telling me it is crashing as soon as I hit the ok for the amp to play it back. this is my second code 100h that actually ahs working bluetooth. thankfully I was given a replacement but I now suffer from this condition. I cannot play my own owned music and mp3 files from Fl studio to my amp. I buy a 100 watt head and cant annoy my neighbors??? 

I cannot know some menu. for example, how touse a small icon that is described tablet mark and amp mark.

I recently acquired a Marshall Code 25. I installed the last version of the app but, whenever I want to reproduce a song I have stored on my android phone, it crashes. It is consistent: it crashes all the time, to the point I was unable to playback a single song since I bought the amp.
