Own three Marshall JCM 2000 DSL, two are pre 2004 and at least one of them seems to have the Bias Drift issue. Where can I get hold of a replacement main board? I'm based in Germany.

I have a S/A 3394D amp which I thought is a 1972 50 watt lead (sticker on back of amp states lead) but on the sticker in the inside of the amp is states bass ?

can you tell me the correct model number of this amp and is it a lead or bass ?

I have a Code 25 with the latest FW and amp versions.  When I turn it on the blue tooth does not turn on and I have to re pair it every time.  I received this using my hotel points and connot return if for an exchange.  What do I do?

I've a Code 25, can anyone help me in "a Down" sound, for example NOLA album? 

When changing from one guitar to another live do I have to shut off the amp? 

Also does it matter which power setting I use when silently recording by DI?

I've noticed the outputs 2 & 3 differ, while the specifications on the speakers but the back of the cab (ORI212A) says x2 8ohms. Should I use the 16ohm output? And if not, which of the ohm outputs on the Origin 20H is the ideal one? The 16 ohm, the 8ohm or the 16x2 one?

my problem is i can not connect to my computer.it just tells me its not connected.please what do i do to fix it .thanks very  po. i tryed your fix no help.

in Oct. 2020 (2 years ago), I bought an new DSL 40 CR. After 10 months (I used the amp only at home) the amp was suddenly quiet. My dealer sent the amp to Marshall and it takes more than 2 months to get the repaired amp back.  Now in July 2022 the amp was once again quiet and this time it takes more than 3 months(!) to get the amp back.

After 2 repairs inside the warranty period I have no more trust in Marshall and I want to know, what was wrong with this amp. How can I get informations about the repair? My dealer got no information from Marshall.

Can anybody help me? Is there an warranty repair center?

i brought a code pedal 91010 for my code 25 amp but its not working as it is given on user manual. When i plug in the pedal it just change work as a turn off & on  effects like  modulation , delay etc

I just bought used JCM 900 and it blow the fused for the 1st time i plugged on. So i change the fused and buy stepdown transformer. I need to know where this amp market for.

Follow up: Tried contacting Marshall with email provided. Every time We prove we are not a robot, 3 of us verifying code, it says wrong code and blows us out? If anyone has info on a remedy, either replacing my Code 50 amp and or footswitch, or some pattern of buttons to hit to correct, I'd rest easy. 

Problem,

On any of the 30 presets I've programmed to footswitch and change to switch mode for effects,  the 1 button and 3 button turn on and off together. 2 works fine. It all worked great till a few days ago.  I see a advantage of programming 2 effects with one button...... But I want out of that.

     Got everything working great........till assigned FX switch 1 or 3 turns on and off together. 2 is the only independent. Figured I must of hit something just wrong....... Searched, experimented. What did I do wrong?
