Hello.

I had that issue for a sometime on my code50 but now I know a bit more  about it.  For at least two years  this amp was changing preset settings why I was playing on it  At first I did not reallise  that especially on clear sound, but after some time with distorted sound  it was obvious that sound become louder and more distorted. Visually I could see that display become dim and almost always was changing from number and name  page of the preset to page with settings.  Now I can see when phone is connected settings on the app are changing as well. It is gain, volume, bass, middle   and treble  parameters which move up. Master is staying like it is. After changing preset to other one and coming back to the same preset it will stay normal for some time (few second to few minutes) and change again.

I tried to update firmware but that did not help. For some time I was suspecting power supply issue as sometimes  electricity in my place can be not up to standar , but now  I am sure that is not a case.  Any idea what cause that problem and how to fix it?

Hi, I have DSL40CR and want to use it as a preamp only, without connecting to a speaker, since I want to use its speaker with some other power amp. Can I safely use the DSL in standby-only mode?

Hi everyone,

I lost a Minor III headset some time ago. I bought a second-hand one but I can't get the two headsets to work together.
I've tried resetting the box (pressing 15 times until the purple light comes on) but the earphones seem to remain identified, and above all they continue to work separately. Do you have any idea how to solve my problem?

Thank you 🙏

bonjour,

Peut-on connecter des Airpods avec l'ampli pour que le son sorte par les Airpods, et non par l'ampli ?

Merci.

Hello to everyone,

I am a french guitar amp repairman in the south of France and a customer brought me a Marshall Code because he broke the input jack with his fallen guitar.

I easyly desolded the broken input jack mounted on the pcb but I can't find this type of pcb jack. Its width between the lugs is smaller than the usual pcb jack...

Any advice for the model or where I could find it ?

Regards,

Gilles from Double G Amplification

Hi. I bought a Acton III and discovered that the right MEDIA CONTROL does not work: when I press on it nothing happens.. I have already updated the firmware and done a factory reset. But the problem still exists. Is there a way to fix this?

Hallo guys.

Recently I bought brand new DSL5CR amp and whenever I connect it to PC via AUX cable, it has strange and annyoing pipe sound.

I recorded it and post it here: youtube ---> /shorts/kW7BX4se3Ro

Where is the problem, do I need to return the amp and request a new one? Playing guitar and listening to music with these sounds its really horrible...

Thanks for answer.

I have a JCM 25/50 Model 2555 Silver Jubilee amp. I bought a used Marshall Power Brake a few months back. I'm absolutely thrilled with being able to  use my amp full blast at home in my downstairs studio. But I've tried to find out some information and background on the Power Brake, and there just doesn't seem to be any infor to be found anywhere. Since Marshall does not seem to have a US contact number anymore, I tried to email the question to the suggested contactus@marshall.com email address. It's been more than two months, and no response. Has anyone out there used one of these? I'd like to get your thoughts and what you experienced. And why did Marshall stop making them?

Can somebody, please, make separate presets for the finnish bands "The rasmus" & "Negative". The rasmus during dead letters, hide from the sun, black roses and Negative during war of love and sweet n deceitful. I'm gonna tell you the amps both bands used. The rasmus used Line 6 flextone II, meanwhile Negative used Marshal Jcm800 /Plexi and later on jcm2000. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyboy,  even though I am registered in MYMARSHALL, I cannot vote on any preset from any other user. When I am not authenticated the vote icon appears on the website, but when I log in the icon disappears. Why?

I have a dsl40, although I don't know if it is a 40 or 40c by serial number it is a 2013?  I bought this used a couple weeks ago.  It did not come with foot switch.

I have purchased three of them and they don't work on my amp?  It looks like Marshall has a different pedal for each year.  I have seen pedal numbers (pedl?)

but those pedals did not have that number on it.  How do you tell.  Sorry for so many questions.  Can pedals on the fx loop and the front input work at the same time? Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Thanks!

Hello!

I am playing an MG series 100HDFX and I am looking for a compatible footswitch, to switch between the heavy and clean channel. I need lights to show which channel is active .

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be a great help!

My DSL40CR-A amp is less than a year old and the speaker cuts out at moderate volume levels. The amp was purchased in Sydney, Australia at Billy Hyde Music Inc., an authorized dealer, but they are not a Marshall authorized repair center. How do I go about arranging for a warranty repair on my Mashall DSL40CR in the Sydney area?

In manual mode, can I activate 2 PRE FX for the same bank? Ex: I would like to program the compressor on bank 1 to use as a boost, the distortion on bank 2 and the delay on bank 3. The delay is ok, but I don't know how to do the 2 PRE FX. Thanks!
