Hi
I have just bought a code 25 that is in excellent condition. although 2nd hand it worked until i activated the blutooth It has the problem of once the blutooth activates it turns the speaker off. I have done the latest firmware updates and it still does the shutdown.I see this is a common problem and i can see it has to do with the bluetooth activation. How do i sort this out or how do you turn the bluetooth off. I can however use the tuner so the input is ok
This is very annoying for my 1st Marshall amp as i have always used Fender amps.
regards
Peter
Hello, I live in Korea. I'm looking to buy a German or permanent Marshall Amplifier here. But the voltage of the German and British Marshall Amplifier is 230V 50hz. The voltage in Korea is 220V 60hz
Is it okay to use the Marshall amplifier that I bought directly from Germany and the UK as it is in Korea?
Will there be a problem with the voltage frequency? The amplifier I am trying to buy is a Mashall SV20C model. I will attach the SV20C manual below
Please answer. Thank you

How do you register new amplifier, to activate warranty.
Can I connect my guitar, mic and laptop, all 3 at the same time to my Marshall AS50D?
Hello I bought
Marshall DSL20 HR,
got a footswitch with it
and a cord:
marshall pvc 0.85 sqmm x 2 cores wonderfull vn(lf)
My question is this a proper enough speaker cord?
the speaker i connect to is
1 x 8 ohm Seventy 80
The reason i ask is because cable looks a bit thin, so is it safe to use, wouldn't wanna blow some transformer or something.
ANDROID SOLUTION
Since someone was considering how he could prevent his Marshall from going to sleep (this is ridiculous Marshall dev's, know this, Im not eager to upgrade my ActonII by any stretch) I decided to write a small guideline for this, I will say this, I did not create this program so I can't take any credit beyond the following steps of utilizing it and not having to re-invent the wheel .
How to accomplish preventing Marshall product from going to sleep on ANDROID (most likely similar on iOS), We can download a quiet file that is 1-2 seconds long .wav but play at 100%. Lets download it to "Download" on our mobile so the path is /storage/emulated/0/Download if it's another folder then it ends with that foldername instead. Lets start:
STEP 1:
First we need to download from the Google Playstore an app called Automate
STEP 2:
Having installed Automate, we can start setting up a so called Flow Below is the diagram of the flow I set for my Android, what it does is work in the background and automate your task. This required some tinkering but I found a flow process I think works, I tested it for one 8 minute period, knowing Marshall Acton goes to sleep 20 minutes, I just need to run this one more time to be confident connected to my Android.
FLOW PROCESS:
- 1. Every flow starts with Flow beginning.
- 2. We click the + to add a new Block, We search for a block called Delay (Settings are: Exact , 0h 5m 0s) You'll get it when you see the screen, I chose 5 minutes because some products are 10 some are 20 minutes to standby, 5 minutes is a good exact point.
- 3. Now we have our Delay lets add the Sound click the + and search for Sound Play, settings are as follows
= Proceed: Immediately
= Sound URI: /storage/emulated/0/Download/marshall_awake.wav (you hit the Fx on the right to manually input, and i named mine marshall_awake.wav)
= Audio stream: Music
= Volume: 100%
= Audio Focus: None
Diagram is like so:
[Flow Beginning]
|
[Delay Block (5 minutes)]
|
[Play Sound Block]
|
-Connect back to
|
[Delay Block (5 minutes)]
What happens in step 3 is we, after a 5 minute delay we run that .wav or .mp3 file at 100% volume to the speaker, it will detect that and thus reset the timer of the standby mode. I ran a test todasy with 100% volume of this silence file and ran it for 30 minutes straight, and never lost the connection to the speaker. Testing it at 1% volume of another file somehow always led to standby as if 1% wasn't detected as "volume". Either way I can confirm now that having run the Flow process from

To Marshall Team
Needless to say my next speaker of choice will not come from Marshall team as I cannot be bothered with this in the future, Ill choose a speaker who doesn't provide only excuses for their products, It amazes me how much you ignore this and keep pushing this out in every product regardless of your usebase wanting this option toggle on/off. Lame excuses about Bluetooth battery drainage bs, expensive speaker that people will come to regret as they don't find this out until they are plugged in at home, at the store they don't open with (This speaker turns automatically off and you can't do shit about it without waking him up, should I ring it up?) they will keep that little nugget a secret because otherwise people would be like (On second thought, no thanks, I can't really be bothered standing up everytime I read a chapter in my favorite novel and then want to turn on some Frank Sinatra). It's all over the internet how furious people are, I hope that people generally start going elsewhere so that Marshall feels the userbase dwindling until you finally step up and think (Guess people are not just willing to accept this? I mean because we're Marshall?).
When I connect the headphones to my computer with a cable, I can't stop or start music with the buttons on the headphones, switching music doesn't work either, only volume. When I connect via bluetooth everything works fine. I would like to know if this is the way it should be and if not how to fix it.
I upgraded the firmware on my Code50 to the latest Version 1.48. When I try to activate bluetooth with the REV/POWER buttons there is no blue LED in the EXIT/STORE button and my pairing on the PC shows no CODE. Also, it seems the thge reset with the PRE FX button doesn't work.
The Code 50 is basically new with very little use..
My marshall could not getting charge from las 2-3 days

I've bought this year a JCM 800 2210 Lead series head amp from 80's. I've bought it by second hand and the previous owner didn't have the foot switch. I've searched until now but I haven't figured out which foot switch is suitable. Could you please explain to me this?
The amp is single channel in the front, but has the foot switch channel behind.
Thanks for your help!
I've got a Acton II and a Stanmore II speaker. While I can pair them via Bluetooth, the ambient-setting does not seem to work. Even though they're NOT paired to play stereo-sound, they do play the sound as stereo. And since I've got the speakers in different rooms it's not optimal.
I've tried to pair them as stereo, with the same results. I can force Spotify to play mono, but it does not work if I want to play music from other sources.
Suggestions?

Great little amp. I plan to use it via the emulated out into the band PA.
Question ... What sort of 3.5 mm jack lead do I need ... Mono or stereo? ... It will be going into a mono input on the mixer.
it looks broken
Bluetooth,AUX ,RCA lights always on, can not do anything
Hi,
Is there any differences between a 2009 and a 2024 edition of this amp ?
Would really appreciate any info on this topic
I recently purchased a code 50. Unfortunately the sound keeps cutting in and out. I've tried to get ahold of Marshall directly and I'm seeing to have a lot of trouble getting through. Do you guys have a direct number?
I bought a speaker from eBay I would like to know if it is genuine 73400553T21567D0044749 is the serial number
Hello!
I have a Code25 and during playback, it just stops sounding.
This happens several times... the connections are good, the proof is that the tuning works perfectly, the signal is going, but there is no sound...
I have to turn it off/on and it sounds again... but after 5-10 minutes, it happens again...
I tried updating the firmware, I tried resetting to factory settings, I tried resetting the presets... it works for a while, then it happens again...
I think it's not hardware, but software... is there any update or firmware to fix this??
Please help me!
Thanks!
