I have tried everything to do the firmware update on my new Code 25.  Its showing v1.11 still.

I have tried Crome, Edge, and downloading the manual windows exe.  I have updated drivers, booted amp in "safe mode" (which identified usb as READY but still wonnect connect in My.Marshall 

Please help!  I love the amp but need to be able to update the firmware

I'm having a problem when I recording my guitar.

My recording guitar setup is:

Gibson Les Paul Studio -> Bugera 333xl Infinium Head Amp (with instrument cable)

Bugera 333xl Infinium loudpeaker output -> Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G (with speaker cable)

Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G Direct Link -> Marshall 4x12 MX412B (with speaker cable)

Active DI Box Behringer Ultra-G Output -> Presonus Studio Live AR16 USB Mixer (XLR cable)

I'm using Logic Pro X Software.

I record a guitar riff in Logic Pro x as audio track (audio_1) and then i want to record a second guitar like a fill guitar or lead guitar (audio_2).

To record audio2 i turn on audio1 to listen the guitar riff.

When i’m gonna listen the audio2 in solo mode besides the lead guitar I can listen the sound of my audio1 with very low volume but i can listen it to

I recently connected my code via usb....went to ACDC preset, downloaded to test it out...I liked it but didnt save it...now when I come back to save it nothing (any preset) will not transfer to my code....It reads CODE connected....Help please!!!

I recently got a Marshall  CODE 100 and I also recently got a Scarlett 2i2 recording interface. Before my CODE 100, I have been recording my guitar by going straight into the interface and using Pro Tools First. That worked fine. I even have been able to use pedals with my guitar and put that right into the interface. However, I want to be able to tweak my tone via the CODE 100 and still use my Scarlett and Pro Tools First. How do I do this? I do not see a line out on the CODE 100 head (I have a head and a Marshall 2x12 cab).

I am scared to really try because I am seeing mixed comments online. Some are saying it's very dangerous to go straight from the head to the computer via USB WITHOUT having it plugged into the cab because it could blow up the head? Some are telling me the only way to do it is it order a 1/8" to 1/4" cable and monoline it out and straight into the Scarlett interface from the headphone jack?

I cannot find a clear answer to these questions. Please, someone, help me.

Can you run a JVM Combo amp in to a reactive load box and then in to a Audio Interface connteted to a DAW? Would you be in standby when doing so or standby off?

I am not able to transfer presets from Mac to Code 50. The display below preset shows code not available though usb is connected

Is there a capability to control the CODE100H via a BOSS ES-5 or MUSICOM LAB EFX LE loop / switcher? (Via MIDI/USB)???

Hi. I have a question: The Code USB interface is ok only with pc or it work with really usb midi? With usb midi pedal like Midi commander by Meloaudio, for explample, work or not?

if it work only with pc like daw is very very poor choise. next firmware? the orignal PDL 91009 is ok, but it's very very limited.

I have a CODE 100h + CODE412 and I love them !!!!
I use a pedal board with different effects and was thinking of adding a looper / switcher (Boss ES-5 or MUSICOM LAB EFX LE).
I would like to know if with the looper I have listed I can change presets to CODE100H via midi. Do I need a USB / MIDI interface? Thanks

I have seen a couple of questions pertaining to usb connection from Code USB to iphone or ipad for recording in garageband, etc. 

The answer given by Marshall reps was the same for both and that something about difference in usb 2 and lightning cable.

My Question is: Will an iphone camera connection kit correct that issue? It has the female end input of USB on it.

I use it to connect my Arturia Keylab Essential to my ios apps and it works fine. 

I’d hate to damage my Code 50 though so I came here.

Le téléphone se connecte via bluetooth mais l'appli ne me donne pas accès au réglage / pas de connection

Je ne plus piloter mon ampli avec le téléphone alors que cela fonctionnait parfaitement auparavant.

J'ai fait une mise a jour de l ampli par USB 

Quelqu'un rencontré le même problème ?

Je viens de recevoir le Marshall CODE 25 et j'ai essyé de l'utiliser directement.

Plusieurs critiques :

- Aucun manuel papier

- Pourquoi utuliser un Mini USB Type B (souvent utilisé pour les caméras, les appareils photos ou les manettes de console de jeux) quasi plus utilisé, et surtout pas fourni ?
Pourquoi pas un Micro USB Type B (répendu partout) ou usb normal, voir usb type C dans ce cas là c'est le futur ...

-Les vidéos tuto sur le site ne sont pas assez complètes.
Par exemple le playback ... Je n'y arrive pas.

C'est dommage de devoir remplacer des resets d'usine pour mettre celles que l'on créé, ou alors il y aurait fallut un autre moyen sans passer via PC ou Smartphone... Il y aurait dû avoir quelques pistes prévues, ou un port usb, micro usb pour mettre une carte mémoire.

Pour n'y a t'il pas une notice, un manuel, papier ( voir un PDF via internet) qui explique tout le fonctionnement les mamip' comment utiliser toutes les commandes de cet ampli, simplement.
Et pourquoi ce port USB ??? et aucun OUTPUT ...

Hi I have a Code 25 which has just giving" Check USB" when switched on when USB is plugged in says "Ready" and I still cant connect did a system reset still the same. Is it dead? or is there somthing else I can try?

Hi Marshall team! I recently got my awesome Marshall Code 50, and it has great tones and great sounds! However, would you recommend recording (for a serious album) with a microphone, say of course Shure SM 57 or will it sound better by plugging in the amp via USB to my computer? Thanks!

Hi! I have an issue while trying to transfer dowloaded presets to my Code25. It occures both usb and bluetooth connections.  On a usb connection i click the “amp” icon on a preset, it’s name appears on a Code screen. I push and hold store button on amp, “saved” appears. But then Code becomes freeezed, it does not react on button push etc. when i switch it off and then switch on it works fine, preset available on amp. The same issue appears when i try to transfer presets using Gateway app. What I do wrong?

After installing the latest Firmware update my Marhsall code 100 will not respond. The screen on the amp says USB not connected and I cannot do anything. I have tried a factory reset but that not working either. Help.
