I was recently gifted a Marshall Code 25 amp and i go to power it on (mind you i followed all of the intructions listed in the manual) and got no results. I tried a few different outlets thinking maybe my wall outlet was the problem but still got no power.

Hi there. Just bought a code 50, and I'm really enjoying it. A request! any chance of getting A dot icon on the speaker selection part of the app to show wether you are selecting a 4, 2 or one speaker cab, rather than havig to go to the manual to check.

I was looking forward to using the Android app with my new amp but when I go to the Google Play store my device is telling me that the software version on the site isn't compatible with my device. I am running Android Marshmallow on a LG Escape 3 (http://www.mylgphones.com/lg-escape-3-lg-k373-user-manual-guide.html). I looked it up and it appears that Marshmallow is beyond the kit kat OS. Is the processor on this phone too weak? Too little ram (I have a sd card installed in addition). Is there a compatibility list? Do I need to install a different OS version or possibly need a different version of the app?
I'd love to be able to run this on my Windows 10 yoga thinkpad tablet... any news on whether a version for Windows is planned? Anyway, thanks. If my phone can't run it I'd like to find something that can on the cheap, a list would be great if that's my only option.
My Code 50 takes 1-2 minutes to respond when I turn it on. Whether I am using the app on my iphone or if I don't have my phone with me and just want to use the manual adjustments. It is completely silent and unresponsive even though it is on and then magiacally 1-2 minutes later it becomes active. Any solution? Thanks.
Hi, the reverb switch on my TSL602 footswitch unit does not work. With the footswitch unit connected, I cannot therefore switch on any reverb in any of the channels unless I remove the footswitch from the back of the amp (which allows the reverb to work) - but then I have no way of changing channles other than pressing the manual switches on the front of the amp. Where can I purchase a replacement switch to see if thats the problem? Thanks.
I have the PEDL 90008 footcontroller for this amp. Could you advise, please, how many different chosen sounds can be saved via the pedal, or, indeed, the channel buttons. The Owners Manual isn't quite clear enough for a non-techie like me. I would like to have all my preferred sounds available on the amp or pedal, as opposed to having an array of stomp boxes. I'm looking for a back metal cover for my JCM900 Head. Possibly a user manual. It has a number stamped on the rear of the amp that is Z02174, might anybody know what that number stands for? Any suggestions? Thank's.

Our website has full details of which combos and extension cabinets work together and the user manuals, available to download from the support section, give full explanations on how to connect them. We recommend going to your local Marshall Dealer so you can test out the combos and cabinets to see which one suits you the best.

Where can I download the Code 50 owners manual so I can get more from my amp?
I have the new Code 50 amp. I was playing it and it suddenly went silent. I noticed then the screen was on, so it didn't short out. Looking into it more, I found the screen had stopped scrolling and all buttons and knobs are unresponsive. I tried (1.) turning it off, then back on, (2.) turning it of, unplugging it and waiting a few moments, plugging back in, then turning it bad on, Still nothing. I've even tried the (.3) factory reset in the manual. No avail. I can plug my iPod into the line in jack and it plays fine, but all the buttons and knobs won't response. Please help!

Hello, I was recently shipped a DSL40C and there was no owners manual or warranty card. The amp is brand new, in the original packaging. I am bumbed out, because I like to save these items. I'm expecting my Mini Silver Jubilee head to arrive tomorrow. I have two 1x12 cabs I want to use at the same time. One is a 8ohm Mesa Boogie. The other is a 16 ohm Orange cab. My question is; is it possible to use both cabs at the same time? I'm looking at the manual and I'm not so sure. Plug the Orange into the 16 ohm output and The Boogie into a 8 ohm output? Or would that be too much of a load? Thanks.

I just got a new CODE50 and am extremely pleased with. My problem is everything on the Gateway app works, but the GAIN, MIDDLE, VOLUME, and PRESET knobs on the amp don't work. I'm really pretty new to this so I'm not sure if something is wrong or I'm doing it wrong but every other knob works correctly.
