Hello. I bought a Marshall Code 50 two months ago used. The first days it was working perfectly, but now, whenever I want to play some guitar with the amp, it stops sounding out of nowhere. I assume it has something to do with the headphone out, assuming that the HP OUT cuts the signal of the speaker. Has this happened to anyone else out here. If so, how did you guys solve this issue?
PS: The firmware is updated ;)
Does the headphone jack bypass the speaker output or does it still need an 8 ohm load? If so, can a dummy load be used? I have a 1960a for my DSL, but this is going in a DI rig I'm building for side gigs specifically so I don't have to carry all that heavy noise. I know you can't recommend something if it voids the warranty, that's fine. I'm ripping it out of the cabinet and mounting it to a rack blank so it will be void anyway, I just want to know if it's going to be okay longer term using it like that. I do have some PC fans I'm going to work into the rack somehow on a different power supply. Probably one or two for the head internals and one specifically for the heat sink on my dummy load. Just to be clear, I'm not asking if Marshall approves of this, I'm just asking if it will work in theory. If that's a no go, then next question: could I use any speaker rated for 100w at 8 ohms or is there a specific type I would need? Like, if I found a 6" 100w 8ohm speaker that I could just hide in the rack without adding a bunch of weight, that would also be choice. If the answer to both of those is no, then whom do I need to speak with to get Marshall to make a rack mounted, no cab required version of this head?!
Thanks!

I have been trying to use my amp that's fairly new, the code 50, and it has been doing this thing where when i turn it on and start playing, it goes off. Literally the AMP just shuts the sound off. Keep in mind that the lights on the amp are still on and the sound is gone. Now, it's very frustrating trying to play a song and then see how the sound just goes out. I went to Guitar Center to see if I can get it replaced and they said that no, that i have to contact the manufacturer because the warranty goes through them. So here I am, trying to contact the manufacturer.
Thank you and please get back to me.
Currently my JVM410HJS squeals periodically. Initially this would only happen occasionally and I was still able to gig with it, but now it has become to frequent to use. It will do this even if unplugged from a guitar and will do it no matter which channel it is on. Channel switching does not stop it. I am not sure where to start. Am going to change out the tubes and reset the MIDI switch, but otherwise will have to travel a good distance to find a qualified tech. Anyone else ever had this issue?
Tons of spam, millions of spamers, and nobody to take care about this...
In many cases I'd like to give an advice, but recently 9 of 10 threads are infected with links to total shit and I've got no idea whether this questin is real, or fake...
It appears my adroid device updated the Gateway app, but it seems I'm not having any luck finding the tuner feature. Does this new version not include the tuner? Thanks! 🤘
Hi Marshall Team, I have just bought a Stanmore 2 which I have been able to link to my mobile phone which is a Samsung Galaxy A71.
However I have found it impossible to pair my Apple iPod Touch (6th Gen) unit. When I try to start and play the music in the IOS player it merely plays via the iPod speakers not via the Stanmore. I have tried forgetting the device, manually restarting, resetting network settings, putting Bluetooth off and on and other probable corrective scenarios.
I would appreciate any help you can provide as don't know what to do next.
If there is no solution I will have no option other than to return the speaker to the shop.
Thank you.
I would like the intro guitar sound. Please let me know if you can tell me how to program it.
Hi my marshall 50 watt all solid state keeps cutting out... i am not sure if its the footswitch i bought it online a few years ago.. its a 2 x 12 combo.
it will play fine for like 10 minutes then the volume just dies down to almost not audible. I am not doing anything to make that happen. i didn't even operate the footswitch.
please advise,

Anyone have a Marshall MB4210 2x10 450W Hybrid Bass Combo for sale?
I have the MB450 head and love it and in need of a portable lightweight combo. I would even take just the cabinet with or without speakers.
Hi, I'm trying to find out how old my Marshall cabinet is and the name of the model?
It only says "Made in England" and "SER Nº 5635" on the back.
Any kind of answer is appreciated!
Dear staff,
I have code 100H with 412. I have add presets from browser, I updated the firmware without problems but when I change preset positions on that page (My gateway) and hit save, nothing happens. I use Chrome and MIDI connection works fine.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you.
Francesco
Hello
my LG K4 with Android 5.1.1. is not supported. When will it be supported?
(Chip Mediatek MT6735M, Grafic module Mali T720 MP2, 1GB ram)
What can I do to use the gateway app without having to buy another smartphone/tablet?
I'm sorry to hear that MARSHALL does not provide Hungarian-language manuals for the expensive amplifiers sold in Hungary (CODE 50). This is not in the price? Not all speak a foreign language - especially the older ones.

is there a way of sending the presets from phone to amp without cable?
thx
I was wondering if the creator of the KASHMIR preset would be interested in also creating the FLANGER part for KASHMIR using all the current preset settings (amp, cabinet, speaker etc) as a complimentary preset for the turnaround section of the song. I believe, from forums, that a preset will switch better (Marshall CODE footswitch) if the preset has the same amp, speaker and or cabinet setting as it takes away the millisecond delay of switching between amps in a particular preset. Look forward to your answer and or creation of said beasty.

Hello everyone,,,
I bought the Marshall Class 5 combo about a year ago, and while I think that the concept is fantastic, the actual product isn't. Unfortunately, I think the stock combo sounds rather terrible. Plugged into my 4x12 cab with Neo Creambacks, the sound is vastly improved, though, so I'm thinking about getting a 1x12 cabinet to go with the combo for smaller rehearsals and gigs. Now, the Neo Creambacks eliminate some of the fizzy, harsh and unpleasant frequencies from the combo at higher volume settings, but I'm hoping to get rid of them completely. I'm currently thinking about one of the following two speakers: the Celestion V-type (this would be my first choice) or the Eminence Governor (which people compare to the V30, but with less of the harshness). In your opinion(s), which one would best achieve the sound I'm looking for? xvideos xnxx xxx
