I have a JVM410H and a 1960a and 1960b 4x12 cabinets. I have TRS cables and how do I connect both cabs to the head with out messing up something? Do I have the right type of cables? If not, what should I use? Thanks
First of all you need TS speaker cables. As your cables have TRS plugs, so I'm pretty sure they are instrument cables, not speaker ones.
Then set both cabinets to mono mode and connect to your amp using sockets marked as 16 ohm input to the amp sockets marked as 2 x 16 ohm.
To begin, you will want TS speaker wires ? ? The fact that your cables have TRS connectors leads me to believe that these are instrument cables rather than speaker cables.
