Marshall MODE II Charging Case HELP

Hi,

This may be a bit of a stretch, but I lost my charging case for my Mode IIs after only a few uses, but I have my actual earbuds still.

I was wondering if anyone on here knew of a charging case that might be compatible with this product?

Also... if anyone has a spare charging case for these guys laying around please DM me.

And before anyone asked, I did reach out to customer support and they are not selling the cases at this time unfortunately.

Bro, I can feel your pain.. exact same thing happen to me too. I waited for several days and then again I contact them, this time they were selling it. but after few days of using it, the charging case was not charging my ear buds. so I apply for a return, but unfortunately, I didn't get return, and when i asked they told check Marshalls Return Policy.

Hi Larry,

If under a year old you can contact the shop as the warranty is with them, and they will replace the item for you, if over a year old you will need to contact support@marshallheadphones.com
