Could you please double check your amp model as this is not a product that we recognise? There is an MG15CFX-H. Also, if you enter your serial number then we should be able to find the correct model.

I just force fed it on the register page.  It wouldn't recognize the serial number either for my MG15HCFX.   I just manually completed the registration.  I assume that they will figure it out.
