I recently purchased a JVM410C and I cannot get the tone controls to work on channel 1 clean. I understand the volume is taken out of the circuitry ,but are the tone controls also ? If not maybe I need to bring it to have a repair man look at it?

Regarding your JVM410 it sounds as though you may have a faulty relay, we would recommend that you have it looked at by a qualified engineer.
