Problems with sync on gateway

I can pair the device, however, I can not sync the gateway with my phone, and the "connect" option in red does not appear in the bottom corner of the screen as the tutorial says. how to solve?

Hi Felipe,

If you open the menu button, click on the Code Tab, then hit scan for amps and this should find your device.
