How the power reduction works on Origin 50h? Is it attenuator?

Regarding your question the attenuation is carried out between the pre amp and power stage.

Hello Gatis,

It uses a relays and resistors to drop the signal from the pre amp feeding the master volume control which feeds in to the power amp. I hope this helps
