If you hold the down the amp button and then switch the amp on, then hold Exit/Store to confirm reset

Yeah, so that didn't work. I held the amp button, turned on the Code, received the message "will reset hold Store button to confirm"...Held the store button down continuously, then received a "Canceled" message and preset's I wanted to cancel are still there...Help... - Sean Wells01 Apr 2017 at 01:46 PM
