The preset downloads are downloaded from the website and then put on the amp.

If you have created a preset from your amp and would like to upload to the website you need to save the preset you have created onto your Gateway app, then you need to sync the phone with Gateway on My Marshall and you will see it in the list of presets under the 'My Gateway' tab.
