Is it acceptable/safe to connect the headphone/ line out socket of the Code 25 to a power amp input jack of another guitar amplifier, In my case, a peavey bandit 75, using a screened guitar lead. The peavey has a 1x12" 8 ohm speaker. I find the Peavey 12" speaker is alot warmer and fuller than the Code's 1x10" hence the question.

Although I doubt you would damage anything (if you keep all the volumes low), somehow I think you'll be disapointed in the results.
Bear in mind the headphone out is stereo and the guitar in is mono, so you would need to take care of that. Also headphone out is much higher level than a guitar output, so better connecting to the Peavey's effects return.
I still think its needlesly complicated and the results will probably be poor.
I would rather just use effects pedals with the bandit or sell the Code 25 and get a Code 50 which already has a 12 inch speaker.
Or get a 12 inch speaker cab and modify the code 25 to connect to it instead of the internal speaker.
