When I plug my Code 50 into my computer, and my DAW (Cakewalk) it either records or plays back at warp speed. I can't find anywhere in the DAW to slow it down. Is this an amp problem?
Try Audacity instead of Cakewalk. I'm 99% sure that it's not Code problem, but incomatibility of software and driver. Ensure that you set 48 kHz sampling rate in all devices.
