Code 50 and Pro Tools

How do I get code 50 to work with Pro Tools? I hooked up the usb cable to my computer, but nothing happens, nothing opens.  Do I use a different Asio driver than the one I use with my MOTU interface? If so will they be compatable with-in the same session? The whole reason I bought the Code 50 is because it advertised as being able to connect as a Interface for recording! So far it's been a nightmare!

is there an input selector in Pro Tools main menu? I know in a simple DAW like Garage Band I had to make sure to select the input device to "CODE" from a dropdown menu, and the output to whatever you'd like to use during playback. This is also on a Mac, and not a PC, so I don't know if the process is more involved. - Richard Stackon 03 Apr 2024 at 08:04 PM

Hi Rodney,

Thank you for your comments, we would suggest using asio for all, if this does not work, we would suggest contacting Pro Tools to why it is not finding the Code amplifier.
