JVM 410HJS

I purchased a Marshall JVM410HJS (Joe Satriani) amp which came with a MODEL: PEDL-91005 foot switch.  This same foot switch is listed on the Marshall website (https://www.marshall.com/marshall-amps/products/amps/jvm/jvm410hjs) as included accessories.  However, the Manual states that the correct foot switch for this amp is “MODEL: PEDL-00055” and that NO OTHER foot switch should be used with this amp.  Did I receive the wrong foot switch with my amp or will the PEDL-91005 function the same?  Please advise!

I received the same pedal as you.  It is the correct pedal and it functions perfectly in both switching mode and preset mode.  I think they modified the design so that the LED indicators were right above the appropriate switch.  The old model (mentioned in the manual) had tiny LEDs all bunched in the upper right corner.  I am sure you will precer what you have...I do.

Enjoy!  It is a great amp.
