Does the programmable footswitch have tap delay capabilities? If not, how can I achieve that?

To do this you need to activate ‘switch mode’ on the footswitch and assign one of the buttons to the Tap Tempo.
I’ve attached a Marshall video link showing how to do this. The section you need starts around 1:30. The information is also in the manual.
