Hi Guys and Gals.. and the Marshall team....

I recently a Marshall CODE 25 amp and it is working fine except for one thing it says " MIDI is not available" is coming up so I cant listen to a another user preset.

Any Fixes out there? my browser is google chrome and it is up to date.. Thanks Ben

Hi Ben,

Thank you for your question, I would suggest trying your USB lead, you will need to make sure it is a data USB not a standard charging USB.

Hi Marshall Team... I am after buying a new USB data lead.. All ok but now it is saying "CODE: Not Connected"..  What do I have to do now to get the code amp connected??? Thanks Ben

I tried using a USB lead but I still got this error "CODE: Not Connected".
