i cant load the persets from my library when i use the app

is there any solution ?!

When your phone is connected to your amp there should be an icon in the lower left side of the main screen to switch between the presets on the amp and the presets in your library. - 19 Jun 2017 at 07:17 PM

Hello Mahmoud,

Are you refering to downloading the presets from the website onto your phone?

If so, have you saved and synced the phone?

I noticed the same thing. On the presets page there are icons to send to the amp (when using a USB cord), or to the phone. When I select phone nothing seems to happen so I always connect my laptop. I guess I have never tried it while the phone was connected to the amp, or the app was even on. Maybe that is the trick. - 19 Jun 2017 at 07:15 PM

Hi Gabe,

You will need to use a computer to do this.

When you click any of the icons to download, you must click on the My Gateway tab and drag the downloaded presets into your library.
