Code with digital effects processor

Hi!

Has anyone used a Code with a great digital effects processor like zoom g5/g5n, boss gt 10/100 or line 6 pod hd 500? If so, how did you set your amp? I set the natural preamp, marshall 100w power and a 1960x cabinet but it didn't sound great.

I use a BOSS GT-6 in my effects chain. Every patch has a patch volume of 100, no EQ, and the master volume knob on the rear of the processor is at 75%. The CODE 100H is set so the Volume and Master are both at 50%. My clear and/or neutral tone is crisp and clear, and the OD'S in the processor, and my OD stomp boxes "burn" the head just right. Just make sure you are gain staging correctly.
