The utility will download from the Marshall website, but when I try to run the setup program it will not install. Has anyone had this experience and if so, how did you resolve it ? I'm running Windows 10.

This is the message in the temp log. As I'm not an IT guy, I have no idea what it means

Got it to work. Simply pasted
https://my.marshall.com/downloadfiles/firmware/MarshallFirmwareUpdateUtility.application
into my browser, and the utility installed. Hope this helps anyone else out there with the same problem.
