Battery LOW?? Message

I have a Woburn II speaker and I've paired it to my HP Envy Laptop but I keep seeing a LOW BATTERY message. I see that the device is paired but cannot play via bluetooth because of LOW BATTERY. The speaker doesn't have a battery.

Hi.. go to device and printer. but before it you should remove the woburn II from paired device. Then add a device, select the speaker name and finish the progress. Then go select right click on the speaker, select properties, go to services tab and select all the checklist. Click okay, then your speaker setup would appear shortly. Go finish the process.
Or just visit this guy on htt_ps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNA4t-Rrtuw&t=39s (remove _ on between t and p)
it works on my Stanmore II by method 2

I am having the same problem with a Surface Laptop.  I'm successfully paired but settings in windows shows 0% battery so I cannot play through the speaker.
