Marshall Gateway App - login


The App will not accept my login details for syncing. It's the same details I used to login in here on the pc. What can I do to fix it? I already did a password change to see if that worked and yes, I have turned it off and on again. Any suggestions ? I am using my email as my user name, dont know if that is an issue but it is the only user name I have as far as I am aware.
