How can I fix this issue while importing patches from my amp to the desktop?
Im connected, and I can change all the settings, but I can't grab the current patches.
I think I have fixed it in the past, but it has been a long time since I have used this software with my amp.

Thank you for your comments, this is nothing to do with Marshall, this was built by a 3rd party so we offer no support for this as it is not our product.
